Product Structure

The beer fermentation tank features a cylindrical body, a dished top cover, and a conical bottom with a 60° to 90° incline, promoting strong convection of the liquid inside, accelerating fermentation, and facilitating the discharge of yeast and impurities. During alcohol fermentation, a sealed design is preferred to recover CO2 gas and the alcohol it carries. The tank bottom includes a manhole, inlet/outlet pipes for CO2, air, and CIP connected to the top, a volume measurement device, an empty tank probe, and a pressure-holding device.


Product Introduction

This equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel, featuring a honeycomb cooling jacket. Jackets are installed on both the tank body and conical bottom to effectively enhance cooling speed, with customizable heat exchange surface ratios based on customer process requirements. The 60° conical bottom is designed to optimize fermentation, improve beer quality, and support yeast propagation. Insulation is provided by polyurethane (PU), with a fully welded stainless steel outer shell, and components such as a manhole, CIP system, thermometer port, and sampling port are included.


Optional Configurations for the Tank

Optional configurations for the beer fermentation tank include a thermometer (digital or dial), sanitary manhole, inlet/outlet ports, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, sterile sampling valve, pressure gauge, drain valve, liquid level gauge, and liquid level control systems (load-bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, or static pressure transmitter), customizable based on customer requirements.

● Quick-connect clamp interfaces are used; the inner tank is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a mirror-polished inner surface (Ra≤0.28μm–0.6μm). The outer surface can be polished, brushed, or sandblasted per customer requirements.
